1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any KageX product or service — including FreakLabs, SentinelGoat, and AgentBreaker (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid subscription. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Permitted Use
KageX products are designed for authorized security research, education, and professional development. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and only against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Any use of KageX tooling to attack systems without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You authorize KageX to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, lab scenarios, curricula, software, and materials provided through the Services are the property of KageX or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any KageX content without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. KageX does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KageX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. KageX's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to KageX in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
KageX may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KageX is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
KageX may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
