We want you to be confident in your purchase. If FreakLabs is not the right fit, this policy explains your options.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your FreakLabs subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.

To request a refund, email hello@kagex.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.

Team Plans

Refund requests for Team plan purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@kagex.ai to discuss your situation.

Free Products

SentinelGoat is free and no payment is required to use it. This refund policy does not apply to free products.
